Guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development and focusing on quality, standards, teamwork, and efficiency, ChungFo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (ChungFo) together with its manufacturing base Huitong Factory, successfully launched the 2025 Quality Month campaign in September.

With the core philosophy of “Full participation in quality management, continuous improvement, process optimization, and meeting customer needs,” this event aimed to strengthen quality awareness among employees, improve product and service quality, and further enhance the company’s overall quality management system.

Phase One: Mobilization and Awareness

At the beginning of September, Huitong Factory held a kick-off meeting to officially announce the Quality Month initiative. During the meeting, management introduced the campaign’s timeline, objectives, activities, and reward mechanism, encouraging all employees to actively participate. To build momentum, banners, bulletin boards, and posters were placed in key areas of the factory, creating a strong atmosphere of “quality first” across the entire workforce.

Phase Two: Activity Implementation

In mid-September, the factory organized multiple Quality Knowledge Competitions, divided into sessions for production and quality staff as well as administrative personnel. The contests not only enriched employees’ knowledge but also enhanced their sense of responsibility and awareness of quality standards.

Meanwhile, Huitong launched the Monthly Quality Model Evaluation. From September 1 to September 25, frontline staff from production and quality departments were assessed based on performance, quality awareness, and attendance. Approximately 5% of employees from each workshop were selected as limprovement across teams.

Phase Three: Closing Ceremony

By late September, Huitong Factory held a Summary and Award Ceremony. During the event, winners were recognized and awarded for their outstanding performance, by group photos with management. The ceremony reinforced the message that quality is the lifeline of the company, encouraging all employees to carry the spirit of the Quality Month into their daily work, striving for excellence in every process.
